5. Final Design Revisions

We will make final tweaks to your designs until you are 100% happy

6. Planning Permission

We will submit your planning application and liaise with the Local Authority on your behalf

We will scan your space to generate its current layout

2. Design Call/Inspiration

Your designer will gain a detailed understanding of your goals

3. Floorplan Concepts

Your designer will generate layouts and design concepts based on your call

4. Material Selections

We will send various samples to your home to choose from

5. Final Design Revisions

We will tweak your designs until its perfect

6. Planning Permission

We will submit planning applications depending on project requirements

Construction Estimating

With our contract administration service, we can provide
detailed estimates to ensure you achieve a competitive tender
Estimate

Prior to the designs being generated, we will discuss the budget and feasibility of your project. The designs generated will generally be within 85-95% of the budget, depending on final choices and selections.

Tender Package

We will create a detailed project scope and tender package which includes all drawings and detailed project information required for builders to provide fixed quotes.

Contractor Award

We will issue tender documents out to contractors who will go through stringent checks to ensure they are competent. Builders will go through our detailed 9-point check before being awarded the contract.

Pre-Construction Services

Careful and thorough planning is the key to successful delivery, there is a lot to consider but don't worry we have it covered.
Structural Calculations

Our structural engineers will assess your build objectives and prepare any required calculations to ensure your build is structurally sound

Building Regulations

We will prepare Building Regulation plans and give the required notice to the relevant authorities to ensure all stages of your build adheres to the latest regulation

Party Wall Agreements

If you share a wall with your neighbour prior approval must be sought in order to progress your build, we will take care of all notices, negotiations and contract formation

Interior Design

We can design and source all required finishes/furniture for kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, including speciality items and finishes for other interior spaces

Project Management Services

Site Management

Regular site visits to ensure health and safety requirements are being adhered to and that tasks are being completed to the required standard

Project Schedule

Hutch will create a detailed project schedule and provide updates as the project progresses

Payment Approval

Once a milestone is reached, we will assess the work that has been performed before approving any payment applications

Sub-Contractors

We will arrange specialist sub-contractors for any work your builder does not cover.

Project Management Services
